The smartphone app is no longer supported, you must load prints by SD card or USB. One 256MB USB-B stick is included with this loan. Instructions are available here and linked as "Manual".
You can download the Polaroid Windows application by clicking here. The Polaroid MacOS application is available here. They are not required to load prints, other 3D printing softwares can be use but these may improve performance.
