Pasta machine

When cleaning, do not submerge the pasta machine in water - it will rust the small interior components. Wait for extra pasta pieces to dry (at least a day) and then you can shake them out and wipe the machine down. Please be sure to thoroughly wipe down the machine and return it clean - no flour, cornmeal, or pasta bits! If you don't clean it, we have to clean it.
