Attaches to the back of car trunks.
To adjust the rack angle, pull both red knobs out as far as they will go under gentle tension and then move the support bar as needed. This should be done with no weight/pressure on the rack. Release the knobs to their original position. There is a light clicking sound when the components lock into place.
If the red knobs do not pull out, gently move the support bar up and down while keeping the red knobs under tension. Do not press hard or pull on the bars.
